Ikal’s restaurant, Amaité utilizes fresh local ingredients sourced from Quintana Roo and the Yucatan with an emphasis on dishes and recipes crafted by Milano Lukač and Mauro Villegas. As we’re mere steps from the Carribean Sea, we create different “platos del dia” from the myriad of sea life which we're abundant with to whet your pallet.
Our mixologists curate our Cocktail bar selection; a diversive menu inspired by local elixirs and Mezcal that will go hand in hand with the ethos of our food in celebrating our gastronomically delightful culture.
