Art & Heart Meditation wit Lupe "Special Workshop

A special heart-centered experience combining guided meditation and intuitive art. Through breath, visualization, CACAO and creative expression, we connect with the heart and bring the experience to paper by creating personal mandalas. We close with a shared cacao and integration circle, celebrating the weekend of Love & Friendship.
